I’m Erich P. Niemann, the owner and president of Niemann General Contracting, LLC.  After college, my dad wanted me to be a electrical engineer, but I knew that was not for me.  I liked to build things since I was in high school.  After college, I worked with my uncle in his home construction business doing custom woodwork, trim, kitchens, additions, wood, concrete and stone patio decks, bathrooms, etc. (list).  My uncle taught me a lot, especially attention to detail.  He is a fanatic to detail and a perfectionist. 

I launched NiemannContracting.com 5 years ago.  Since then I have designed and built many custom decks, from 100 square feet in size to tiered monsters in Colts Neck.
